Thank you for your interest in a K-8 Tommy's Tour at the University of Southern California. We are excited to welcome you to our campus and connect your group to current USC students.
Please review this website in its entirety to understand our processes before proceeding. Requests and reservations that do not meet the criteria below and our guidelines are subject to cancellation.
What is Tommy’s Tour?
Tommy’s Tour is a volunteer organization on campus that all K-8th grade tours are provided through. Due to Tommy’s Tour being a volunteer-led program, tours are based on students’ academic schedule and, as such, not all requests can be accommodated. Groups are advised to continue monitoring their email regarding updates in the status of their request.

The Scheduling Process
- Selecting a request versus a reservation
- Reservations (via the calendar) are guaranteed tours strictly set in their time, day, and student capacity.
- Requests (via the request form) are an accommodation process using dates you provide paired with student availability. These are not guaranteed tours given that student’s schedules need to work with the optional dates and times you give.
- Do not submit multiples/both. As mentioned above, groups are limited to one visit per academic semester, meaning either one request or one reservation.
- Picking Dates (requests only)
- Decision Date: This is the date you want to hear back from us about whether or not we can accommodate your tour. This date should be minimum 2 weeks after you submit your form.
- Tour date and time: You get the option to provide two dates and times.
- Tommy’s Tours will not be offered or scheduled on the below dates.

- Please note, if a tour is offered, you will be given a week to accept before the tour is subject to cancellation.
- Reminder: Chaperone information is required 2 weeks prior to your tour date or your tour is subject to cancellation.
- Day of Tour
